Refund and Return Policy
At Dalbit Gol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window — meaning you have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return and send it back.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and accessories;
- In its original packaging;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).
Please note:
- Return shipping costs to our warehouse are paid by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (see Section 5).
- Any customs duties or import fees that may apply to the return shipment are also borne by the customer.
2. Order Cancellation
Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as it is immediately released to our logistics center for processing to ensure the fastest possible delivery times.
If you no longer want the product after the order is confirmed, you will need to:
- Wait for the package to arrive;
- Follow our standard return procedure outlined below.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received within 12 hours of order confirmation, but cancellation after this window is not guaranteed.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us at support@dalbit-gol.com with:
- Your order number;
- The item(s) you wish to return;
- The reason for the return;
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Step 2 — Wait for Approval
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed instructions and confirm the return address.
Step 3 — Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
4. Return Address
After your return is approved, the item should be sent to our return processing center in South Korea:

Please wait for return approval before shipping — items sent without prior authorization cannot be processed. Korean carriers may also require a phone number on the parcel; this will be provided in your return confirmation email.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for return:
Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)
- The customer covers return shipping costs.
- The exact amount depends on the courier you choose.
Returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
- Dalbit Gol covers all return shipping costs.
- We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
To report a damaged or defective item, email us at support@dalbit-gol.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number;
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging;
- A brief description of the issue.
If the product is confirmed damaged or defective, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Custom-made or personalized items (such as custom-engraved lamps or made-to-order pieces);
- Items damaged by the customer through misuse or improper handling;
- Items returned outside the 30-day window;
- Items returned without original packaging or in used condition;
- Sale or final clearance items (when clearly marked as such at purchase).
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to:
- Return the item you already have following the process above;
- Once the return is approved, place a separate new order for the item you want.
This way, you avoid waiting for the return to arrive before receiving your new item.
9. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method;
- Refund processing on our side takes 5–10 business days from approval;
- Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If denied:
- We will contact you with a clear explanation of the reason;
- The item will be sent back to you at your cost (or held for a reasonable period for collection).
💡 Tip: We always recommend contacting us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. The vast majority of issues can be resolved directly with us within 48 hours.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the customer and Scaleon Limited regarding our products or services, we are committed to resolving the matter fairly and promptly through direct communication.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the costs of dispute resolution will be split equally between both parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For unresolved disputes, South Korean consumers may also refer the matter to:
